The Mandate
An investment firm is recruiting a partner-level talent leader to support leadership assessment and appointment across its portfolio. The role works directly with deal teams and portfolio boards.
Responsibilities
- Lead leadership assessment ahead of acquisitions and appointments.
- Build talent maps for portfolio companies and sectors.
- Advise portfolio boards on succession and team design.
- Maintain a network of senior operating executives.
Experience sought
- Experience of executive search, talent advisory or in-house PE talent.
- Confidence working with investors and portfolio boards.
- Strong judgement on leadership assessment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
