The Mandate
A data-intensive consumer business is appointing a leader for its AI and data platforms. The role connects data infrastructure, applied machine learning and the operating decisions the business makes with them.
Responsibilities
- Own the data platform roadmap and applied AI agenda.
- Move models and tooling into production workflows.
- Establish governance, evaluation and quality standards.
- Build a multidisciplinary team of data and ML practitioners.
Experience sought
- Leadership of data platforms or applied ML at scale.
- A record of shipping production systems rather than pilots.
- Fluency in governance and model evaluation practice.
- Ability to translate technical trade-offs for executives.
