The Mandate

Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, forecasting and capital structure.
- Lead reporting, controls and audit readiness.
- Partner with the chief executive on investment and M&A decisions.
- Develop a finance team capable of supporting scale.
Experience sought
- Senior finance leadership in a growth or leveraged environment.
- Direct experience of capital raising, refinancing or a transaction.
- Strength in both technical reporting and commercial analysis.
- Experience presenting to a board or investor group.
