Responsibilities
- Set and execute enterprise strategy across a multi-site operating footprint.
- Lead operating performance, capital allocation and margin improvement.
- Build and develop the executive team reporting to the chief executive.
- Represent the organization to payers, partners, clinicians and the board.
Experience sought
- Prior executive leadership of a multi-site services business.
- A record of delivering growth alongside operating discipline.
- Experience working with a board or investor group.
- Comfort leading through regulatory and reimbursement complexity.
